Foot Massage

Based on the concept of Qi (the life force) and reflexology, the Chinese have been using therapeutic foot massages for medical treatments for a long time. The massaging of acupoints in feet helps our life force flow through our body along paths called meridians which are also connected to our organs.  Massaging these acupoints also helps to block and alleviate pain, reduce certain inflammation, improve dysfunction and illnesses in the body and allows new energy to flow helping our healing and rejuvenating processes to work to their maximum.
